Welcome to San Carlos 802! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, located on the 8th floor, was fully remodeled in January 2025, offering a luxurious escape on a private beach. With breathtaking ocean views, modern upgrades, and direct beach access, this condo is designed for ultimate relaxation.

Step into a bright and open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a large private balcony, where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The newly updated kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious dining area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. A wet bar adds an extra touch of convenience.

The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a full-over-queen bunk bed and easy access to the second bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations, allowing this condo to comfortably sleep six guests.

For added convenience, this unit includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Plus, enjoy a complimentary umbrella and two beach chairs from March 1 – October 31.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Nice but needs some fixes.

Great location, awesome balcony with view, and beach. Unit was spacious, nice, accommodating for only four. However, the sofa is covered in grime, absolutely needs covering to even sit on and should be replaced. Ice maker is malfunctioned and leaks water. Second bedroom described to have flat screen tv, but has about a 20 year old joke of a tiny television. There is a real security issue that door cannot be bolted/locked from inside other than a chain slide, and doesn’t lock automatically behind on ingress OR egress!! Property was great.

Caution!

I am just going to be very honest about our experience. The condo was not in the best shape according to the pictures provided. The carpets were filthy, the couch was very dirty with stains all over it, the first bedroom with the queen bed had a broken box springs and extremely hard mattress, the floor tiles do have cracks and breaks in them through-out the condo, the first bathroom attached to the first bedroom tub wouldn't drain on the first day of our trip. The management company of the property did send someone from maintenance to get the tub drain fixed and the broken bed frame was replaced. A work order was open to get the carpets & couch cleaned. We chose to not have the cleaning crew come into the condo during our stay and requested this to be done upon our departure. We hope for future guest this work order for the cleaning was fulfilled. Every single person we encountered that worked for the management company was very professional, friendly and responsive to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, they only manage the property so are very limited when it comes to how the owner of the property chooses to take care of it regarding furnishings and cosmetically. On more of a positive note, this condo has a beautiful view, located directly on the beach, great location to all the great restaurants and shopping.
