CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Fall Break 2024

We were very happy with our condo. The location was great! It filled all of the requests that our family had for a condo! Wonderful experience and one of the best vacations! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this condo because the location is awesome. Sea-n-Suds is right there behind you and there’s a store across the street and the beach is of course there so really you never have to leave your beautiful condo..

Wonderful Birthday Trip

Came here to celebrate my birthday with my children and everything was as described!! The condo was beautiful from the inside/out! The view from the balcony was amazing!! Very clean and comfortable! The only downside was the elevator.. had an issue with only one elevator working at times but was addressed and worked fine after! Definitely coming next year and will hopefully be staying in this place again!!

Lovely condo that made for a great beach retreat!

A couple of small things that would make a difference for guests would be to have a couple of small bars of soap, Kleenex, and beach towels. If beach towels are too difficult to supply, it would be super helpful to know that there aren’t any so that those of us flying in can plan for that and pack some. Would definitely stay here again; you have a beautiful condo!

Overall it was nice

Location is great and love the view from the balcony. Little better cleaning in bathroom would be helpful, toilet grim and shower buildup, but not a deal breaker. Large microwave above stove didn't work. But a smaller counter top was provided.

Just Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo seemed almost brand new with a fantastic view from a large balcony. Just about a mile walk along the beach to the Pier where we saw sharks, sting rays, and dolphins. Whenever we go back to this area; I would definitely want to stay in the same Condo. Only issue we had was the elevators at times being down/fixed/and then down again.

Check in process

Checking in was a nightmare. Liquid Life indicates check in begins at 3. We had a lot of stuff, so we decided to unload our car and leave all of our stuff on the cart outside of our room. This was after 3 so we saw no harm in it. I get a call from Liquid Life that we have to remove our stuff from the floor. So, we go up and are in the process of moving our cart, only to get a text that the room was ready. Very aggravating when you have kids, suitcases and groceries!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, the condo itself was decorated nice and seemed updated a good bit. The beach is clean and nice. The company was easy to work with and reach. The issues we had centered around cleanliness and how they claimed it was extra cleaned due to covid. When we arrived the company said the housekeeping was inside the room examining your make sure it was clean, then we got a text to enter the room with our key pad. We were waiting outside the room so immediately went in and found nobody there. The broom and dust pan were left out with debris in it. The floor still had sand and crumbs in the kitchen but on first glance the rest seemed clean so we let that go. As I was u packing two men entered to condo and seemed surprised to see me. They said they were there to inspect the cleaning and if I said okay they would just leave. As a female alone I didn’t feel they needed to enter and like I said, I thought it looked clean so they left. As we moved about we noticed tiny things that told us it wasn’t as clean as it should be. Hair on side of tub, food crumbs on balcony etc. but nothing major and as this is a busy area we let it go and said perhaps the previous renters were very messy. That evening as I was about to get into bed I pulled back my covers to find grass, food crumbs, hair and sand in the bed. As it was late I had no choice really but to take the sheets off and roll myself into the coverlet. The next day I called and they were upset saying a housekeeper would bring fresh linens. When we returned to the room we found a bag of fresh linens on the table. So we had to change the sheets ourselves. This coupled with the building loosing one of two elevators made a slightly less than ideal stay. Again; the place has a lot of positives and we had a nice vacay but I know other less than understanding people would be very upset about these things so I’m including them here.

Reviewer Comments: The living area was a little smaller than what we are used to and the beds took up almost the whole room in the extra rooms, but other than that, it was a great unit. The elevators were an issue each day, to the point that Seawind puts employees in the elevator to keep them running, however they would sit in chairs and take up room in the tiny elevators. Covered parking had very small spaces, but plenty of parking available. A convenience store across the street was super helpful and Sea-n-Suds had the best prices! Great location if you are looking to be able to walk to places. There seemed to be a few people on the beach that did not stay in the condos, but across the street. Not impressed with the pools, tiny and cloudy looking. The unit itself was great, but the issues were more for the building.

Beautiful property. Outdoor chairs are wonderful. Property was just as pictured and described. As others mentioned, the elevators can be quite busy at times, but have attendants during peak hours.

Loved the Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was awesome. Very clean and very up to date. I did have to call for maintenance 3 days of our stay due to the air kicking off. They was very helpful and ended up having to change the thermostat. After it was replaced we didn’t have to call again. However, the parking was terrible. If you left of the evening and came back you couldn’t find a parking spot. Also, the elevators stayed broken down the entire trip so there was long waits. Overall it was a super nice place and we had a great time. Would go back.

Overall Great

The only things negative were the air conditioner didn’t seem to work very well and the microwave didn’t work. We weren’t there long enough to really worry about the microwave and the weather wasn’t extremely hot so we didn’t worry about the AC either. Everything was good for us!

Nice and clean

The condo was as described and was clean when we arrived. The one bedroom was very small with no closet so definitely only good for a single. The view was great each morning right over the water. There was no hand soap provided and the number we were given said they'd pass the message along buy nothing was done so we had to go buy some. Basic supplies there weren't enough for a 4 night stay but otherwise cool place to stay.
