*** Starting June 9th for about a month, the building next door, "The Edgewater," will be doing work on the West wall, which is located near the east side of our pool area. To ensure the safety of all residents and guests, a portion of the pool area—specifically around ten lounge chairs—will be barricaded and temporarily closed during this time. The barricades will be removed each weekend to allow fuller access.*** Please note that no guaranteed parking is available during this time. ***

Edgewater West 93 is a beautifully remodeled, two-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 9th floor with an enclosed balcony.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four.

• Balcony is enclosed

• Beautiful wood flooring throughout the unit

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and two recliners

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Convince and comfort

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful that they had toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags to start with. We didn't use the other services, we just want to appreciate the beach. The downfall was the elevator on our last day. We would use this place again.

Family Vacation

This condo was amazing, just as described and the views were spectacular. The location was great and even though we were there during peak season, it was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

What a View

The property was exactly as advertised. Extremely nice and right next to the beach. On the 9th floor with a huge window facing the ocean. Waking up and looking out that window was breathtaking every morning. We even saw dolphins out the window on our 3rdday. We

Honest review

Very much enjoyed this property. Was perfect for my family. Enjoyed the convenience of the downstairs storage for beach toys and how close the walk the beach was. The beach patrol did a good job at keeping people with tents in the back so others could access the beach. Only complaints were that the dryer motor was STRUGGLING and needs replaced and the garbage disposal had all kinds of stuff in it from other guests and it wouldn’t function. Glad the elevators were working. Overall this place is a 10/10 and will definitely stay here again.

Great property, right on the beach

I lived the location of the property. It was exactly as described, and was right on the beach. The secondary bedroom could really use some room darkening shades or curtains because there is a security light right outside the window and it lets in a lot of light. The beds were extremely comfy too which is always a plus. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was the elevator wasn’t functioning the night before we left and the morning of our checkout which means we had to carry our belongings down 9 flights of steps with multiple trips to get it all. That was not a good way to end our vacation.

Nice trip!!

Room was just as advertised. Older unit and it shows but it was exactly like they said it was. Worked great for us. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Could not beat it for the price. I would stay there again without a doubt.

Beautiful unit and great stay!

We loved staying here — the unit was beautiful inside and perfectly right on the beach. The water was close to the pool exit, so it was steps away from the shore (which we loved). Bath towels were soft, but a little thin material. If you’re a light sleeper, the front room could use some darker curtains from the exterior hallway lights. Wonderful for our ladies getaway for the week! I would recommend this unit to others.

When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to climb 9 flights of stairs with loads of groceries to get to our condo. The room did not have a balcony so we needed to rely on the windows for a view of the ocean. The windows were so dirty on the outside that it was difficult to view the beach.

Beautiful and cozy

This was such a well done condo. It was very cozy and beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. My boys and I would sit every morning and look at all the marine life. We saw dolphins, baby sharks, sting rays, and a manatee! It was very easy to get our beach gear set up without long walks to find a spot and the pool was a great place to cool down with the toddlers who didn’t want to get in the ocean. This condo was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. 10/10 we will be back!

Exactly as pictured

My husband & I have a wonderful time in this VRBO and the area it was located at. Restaurants are handy. Beach is right past the pool so it is easy to go back & forth from beach/pool to condo. Met a lot of people that return to the condo building. Thank you for leaving a vacuum so we could vacuum up the sand every night. Only downside was the elevator. Sometimes it was not working (people didn't follow the rules about holding the door open) so it was a 9 floor walkup. Would rent again if we are in the area.

Highly recommend staying here

It was fantastic. Right in the beach. We would open the windows at night to fall asleep to the waves crashing the beach. The best sleep you can get. Amazing views all the way around. Very short drive to anything you want and need. Or you can choose to walk, that’s how close it was to everything. The storage closet came stocked with all the supplies we happened to forget at home. Beach toys for the littles to play in the sand with. Shade umbrella, beach chairs, sand tent, and floaties for the kids to use in the swimming pool conveniently located right by the pool. Easy to keep you eyes in the kiddos. unit comes stocked with every cooking pan and utensils you can think of. We were able to do a lot of cooking with the windows open and the music playing. 10/10 recommend and we will be back

No balcony shock

Overall our stay was nice however I didn’t fully understand the balcony issue in previous reviews, that went right over my head. In over 3 decades of staying in GS or Orange or Perdido, I’ve never seen this no balcony thing. I won’t be staying at this property again because of this. Opening the window seemed unsafe to me particularly if birds were to fly into the condo that could be devastating. The beds were very comfortable however the head board is not attached to bed nor wall. So guess what happens bang bang with the slightest movement. I’m sure the neighbors, if there are any do not appreciate that. Need to bolt that headboard to the wall…problem solved. No beach service chair rental major pet peeve of mine. Not good! The beach was non existent and I’m assuming that was the result of the huge full moon and tides and waves slamming the beach. It was disappointing. The day we left the water was like glass and the beach was much better but too little too late. The water was perfect, it was clear, no seaweed, no jelly fish. It is pretty much in the center of everything so that was a plus. Has a nice pizza place right across the street. Walmart is near and a nice Dollar General. Lots of ice cream places. The condo was beautiful we could tell it was recently updated and very clean. It has a closet/room for your use at the pool area to store chairs and umbrellas etc. that was very nice.

Tranquil

Perfect location. Easy to get to anywhere you want. We were not crowded at all on the beach and enjoyed every minute. The condo was more than comfortable and we enjoyed the entire stay.
