Plantation West 1348 is a delightful townhouse style home that is in a low density part of The Plantation. Plantation 1348 is loaded with comfort which makes for a very comfortable stay. A well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and a sharp granite breakfast bar allows for a quick lunch so that one can return to the serious business of leisure, or a more carefully prepared meal for the end of a hard day of relaxation. 1348 is generous with room sizes and offers a loft so the teenagers can have their own space. After a long day of disconnecting from the outside world, sleep will be easy with comfortable bedding throughout. In the morning, the outdoors beckons. Time flies out here on the peninsula, so you might think about adding another day, after all at the end of the day time together is time well spent indeed.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

The condo was better than expected. It was very clean on check in. The blue carpet mentioned in other reviews has been replaced. The walk to the beach was relatively short. Overall we had a great stay!

I paid for amenities that I was told and shown by the online booking, but DID NOT have!! but again I paid for!! I even ask about them on the phone with the booing/rental company VACASA before booking! There’s so very much more to say about this but I don’t have time right now!! I absolutely would not book this again!!!!!

Loved the condo and property! We had a great stay!! The bedrooms and loft give plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen and den are a tight fit but manageable. We love renting from vacasa and the plantation complex. Great family friendly environment, pools, hot tub, everything clean, easy walk to the beach. Some things to be aware of: the air conditioner needs some help- it was hot in the condo!! The upstairs loft bed mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but they’re ok. Bring your own pillow if you’re picky about that. Don’t be like me and forget coffee filters, salt, pepper, and cooking spray! Overall a great stay, and would vacation here again!

This adorable Condo creatively utilized the space for comfort and efficiency. The carpets are a little worn and have some stains and bedroom dresser had wear and tear but none of this prevented us from having a wonderful stay. Brand new appliances were incredible. Might want to change out some of chairs on balcony as a couple were cracked from normal response to sun. However please know we l9ved our stay!

Not much... 1348 Had a musty smell, nasty blue carpet that was coming unraveled at door, the door mat looked really old and edges turning up, dishes not clean, nasty potholder hadn't been washed or replaced in forever. Holes punch in doors and walls. You couldnt open the dishwasher all the way as it opens onto the fridge about midways. Beds and pillows not that comfy. Small TVs. Ice maker wouldn't work. Upstairs bed were two beds pushed together to make full size bed. Trash under the couch when pulled out to make bed. The pool and beach were nice. The bldg and condo didn't have visible signs. I had to ask someone that was on balcony if they knew where my bldg was. The security just stated you're in one of the blue triangle buildings. Not which bldg or how to locate once I got to the bldg. Just pass the yellow dumpsters and you will be in one of the blue triangle bldgs. Would I stay again... ????

We had small plumbing issues with the kitchen sink which was remedied. Both showers need attention. The mattress in the main bedroom is too soft. Overall a nice stay though.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The condo size fit our needs and it was very clean. The grounds are beautifully maintained. My only difficulty was some confusion in the link texted to me for check-out and printing out a form for check-in. The link wasn’t specific enough.

Everything was as described in listing. Property was kept up nicely . Grounds were awesome.If you plan to do a lot of meal prep in the condo be prepared.The kitchen is very small. Basically one person can cook others can help prep on the island. Could use some new frying pans but we made it work. Overall very satisfied.

The property was great. Thre hidden parking fees don't show up until you actually book. That should be made known up front. Also 2 of ther 3 tvs didn't work. Contacted host the first day of trip. We were told they had done all they could. Noticed while we were out for dinner someone went in ther unit and left a remote without our permission. The other remote was missing batteries but none were left. Also bedroom door had a huge hole in it when we got there. Cleaning crew busted in on us getting dressed 45 mins before check out time.

Loved that this property had all the amenities you could want but was super quiet and off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. We loved that it was a fully furnished condo, comfortable beds and steps from the beach.
