Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood.

This beautifully-decorated condo is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom unit waiting to host you and your party! Chill out and watch some TV or just relax in the living room that runs into the dining room and kitchen to form a spacious, open floor plan. All of your loved ones will enjoy how connected the whole party will be. The kitchen is fully stocked to fulfill your cooking needs.

The lovely Master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and connects to the Master bathroom holding a walk-in shower. The next bedroom holds one double-size bed and a Smart TV for our guests' entertainment. The last bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds for your little ones! Another full sized bathroom is available containing a tub/shower combo to soak away the sun and sand of the day!

Sunny Daze offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate:

- Covered Parking (1 pass per unit)
- Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load.

Don't forget to bring:
While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Beachview 200 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.

We enjoyed our time there! Property was exactly as advertised, & a half-block from the beach! It wasn't upscale, but was very clean, very spacious, and air-conditioned! I would absolutely book this property again. Check in/out was seamless, & parking was convenient.

Plenty big for my large family; the 3 bedrooms is perfect. Just a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Had a great stay and will be back.

Very clean and the location was perfect. We did not move our car once on the property. We were in the center of everything and walked to the beach, Hangout, Pink Pony etc.... perfect vacayion spot. Highley recommend this location!

This was a great place to stay for a small family vacation! Super close to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were Wi-Fi access for the bedroom TV’s and the beds were not the most comfy. For the price and location it’s was definitely worth every penny!

We really loved the ease of the area, we could walk to DG (Dollar General) for food, be at the beach in no time. My wife and I went down Sunday, then our teens came down Tuesday. We all had a blast.

Very clean and was just like the pics on website!! We did have issue with the cable working called the number they gave us and they came right out and fixed it!! Perfect location we could walk to everything even across the road from the beach!!! Definitely will book again!!!

Our trip consisted of 3 couples. We all enjoyed having our own rooms. Kitchen is small and there’s no dishwasher, but if you don’t plan on making elaborate meals, it works great. Living area is easily big enough for everyone. If you’ve got a group of people and you want to be around everything going on, you can’t beat this place at this price. Super convenient to everything we needed - we didn’t move the car all weekend. But then we were there just for the beach and the seafood. Nothing fancy, but that’s all we needed.

It was great layout for my family plus my brother’s family. We loved how close it was to everything. The only thing I have complaint about was the lack of tv channels. We could have been doing something wrong but it only seemed like infomercials were on tv 24/7. We were able to watch Netflix in the living room though. It was great other than that.

The place was great. The location was perfect. The place was clean upon arrival. It had everything is showed. The air conditioning works great!!! Now the negative.. The bed were just ok. Nothing to fancy. They need to go buy a cheap drain board for the dishes since there isn't a dishwasher. We could have used a few more towels for the kitchen. You do have to use the same bath towel the whole time you are there. No housekeeper for fresh towels every day. The TVs didn't work and every room. The outside of the place needs fixed up. I would stay at this location.

There was some drama with the people that live in the apartments. And cops were called and it was pretty upsetting at first. The electricity went out for about 30 mins. But all in all it was clean and nice I would stay again. My sister n law has a different view that I'm sure you will hear about. But out of nine ladies 6 I know would stay there again..

We checked in on Dec. 30 - January 1 unit 200 was not checked by cleaning crew very well before we got there. There was mold and urine stains on toilet seats. Mold all in both showers.. They did send a lady out to clean the toilet but not the showers. I bought clorox spray and did that myself. Because we did not have anywhere else to go to. There where dead roaches in the floor..There is a window near the kitchen leakspretty bad when it rains. On new years eve night the master bed bath ceiling began to flood the bathroom out could not use it. I wish I could post pictures it was not raining outside then. This unit needs attention from its owners badly.

It was everyone in our group's first visit to Gulf Shores. It was also our first VRBO. We loved every bit of it. From booking, to checking in and out, and everything they said, and pictures, were exactly as provided. Would definitely stay with them again.

It was a wonderful stay! Just a note Room 2 when AC is on low it smells stuffy or muggy, not sure if it's moldy. Also bathroom near kitchen water drains slow possibly due to hair clog, i tried pulling some out but looks like it can use a clean. Will definitely try a return. Thanks
