Welcome to On Golden Pond 1A, an inviting duplex home in a quiet, cul-de-sac community of delightful pastel-colored houses. Here on Little Lagoon, you'll also have access to a community pool and boat dock.

The open living area has plentiful comfortable seating, large windows, and a kitchen that's well-equipped for preparing easy meals. Recent updates include new hardwood flooring in the stairwell. Best of all, you'll find that public beach access is just over a block away, with ample deck space to welcome you back each afternoon.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cute house and roomy!

We loved our stay in Gulf Shores. Took my whole family 8 of us and there was plenty of room. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again and would recommend!

Great off beach location

Plenty of room for 10. Great location off the beach. Walk to beach was short and easy with a wagon to pull beach gear. Nice pool area. Plenty of towels, paper products and kitchen ware. Parking can be tight with third vehicle.

Great space for a group

The lights to the pool were off in the evening, a poisonous snake was in the rose bushes, the shower and door to one of the rooms on the second floor were broken. Also the window near the entrance door would not lock. Besides these issues, the place was nice and walking distance to the beach and lagoon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property wasn't bad but wasn't great. The couches were dirty and we had to wipe down the handrails on the stairs. The power went out which caused a loud beeping at the connected house....not our property managers fault but was annoying our whole stay. The downstairs remained cold but the 2nd and especially the 3rd floor was warm. We couldn't use the fan on the 3rd floor because it was extremely loud .They do not provide ANY cleaning supplies except 1 travel size dish soap....we had to buy everything. On a good note the location was great and there was lots of room for the 12 of us. The house has 4 bathrooms which was nice and was one of the more reasonably priced rentals.

They shared pool is a joke. I thought since it was a duplex type home we would share with the people on the other side of the duplex. Nope. The pool is small and shared with at least 20 other homes. It was impossible to get into the pool. Really a bummer we always enjoy a pool on vacation and it was sad to only have access to one that was always full. Also there were aunts on the kitchen.

Nana's grandkids get away!!

Mom’s Celebration

This was a great unit but smells of mold real bad. Granddaughter had a allergic reaction to the mold so had to deal with that. Otherwise great weekend. But if your allergic to mold this is not your vacation home.

Very disappointing!

Stove was smashed by previous renters and it took 3 days before a replacement was to be delivered. Apparently, the previous renters left such a mess, they couldn’t clean properly for us, as there was trash under beds, and left in kitchen trash bin. Glass tabletops smeared with dirty rag, fingerprints all over dining table. Pillows were yellow stained, bedroom carpets stained and worn thin. Agent did deliver new pillows and gave a less than 10% discount. Location was good, but currently big construction project next door that brings a lot of noise all day. Would not recommend!
