Beautiful Furnished in Courtyard Overlooking Pool 2nd floor

  • This Unit has a great view of the pool. It is so relaxing to sit out on the deck and listen to the soft sounds of the water and see the beautiful pool and courtyard. This Unit is on the second floor and has new flooring throughout. Living room has cathedral celings with celing fan, sofa and loveseat, entertainment center with flat screen tv and dvd player. Dining room is open to the living room with cathedral ceiling, sliding glass doors that go out to the deck, and has a bar that seperates the kitchen, Kitchen and bar have granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, glass top electric stove, kitchen equipped with pots and pans and dishes ready for your cooking, hall has full size washer and dryer in closet, master bedroom has celing fan, king size bed, flat screen tv, master bath has twin sinks, tub with shower, and closet. Guest bedroom has queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and it's own bathroom, This unit also has Direct TV, and linens are furnished. No pets.

Came for softball nationals

The property is nice, pool is clean and maintained. The unit was kind of dirty though. Long hairs in the dryer, layers of dust on the fans, I could write my name in the dust on the dresser and the window sill was full of dead bugs. The host communicated well except he would not tell me how to access the property. He avoided the question at all costs and after check in time I had to ask again. I was 13 hours from home and terrified we would not be able to get in. Every other unit I have rented the host told us when and how we would receive our access instructions. These people left us hanging…I would go back to that property but not that particular unit. Def needs a new cleaning person.

Very clean. Very nice spacious. No TV in Living Room or Xtra Bedroom. Poor results in getting it taken care of. Have not received my deposit back. Very upset over that. I left the place very clean and did exactly as the Host Connie said. Will not use her again.

We absolutely LOVED our time here!! It was comfortable and so nice to have a place to call home while we were vacationing in Gulf Shores from WI. The kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom and they also loved the pool.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and close to the beach. We definitely recommend staying here. It is close to night life, fun activities, and amazing food. Amazing place to stay

Overall very well place to stay, 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Cleanliness was a 8/10 roughly, couple things in rooms were still “dirty” just not cleaned very well as could be. Well equipped kitchen & laundry room with spacious room for 4 people. Would stay here again

Great condo! Beds were very comfortable and loved being across the street from the grocery store! Pool was absolutely wonderful - well kept and clean! Excellent communication and pricing from owners! Only thing I would say is the master bathroom had some issues - but I fixed it with my my OSU beach towels - lol!!! All in all great stay and would def stay again!
