Welcome to the Sweet Dreams House, your luxurious duplex beach retreat in Gulf Shores. This newly renovated property offers spacious accommodations, modern amenities, and stunning Gulf views, making it the perfect destination for your dream vacation.

Situated directly across the street from the beach on West Beach Blvd, the Sweet Dreams House boasts a prime location with convenient access to Gulf Shores. Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and relaxation, where every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay.

On the East side of the duplex, you'll find ample space to accommodate up to 19 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 1 King bed, 4 Queens, 1 Twin, and 2 Full-Over-Twin bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping options for large families or groups. Additionally, there are 2 Queen sofa sleepers available for extra guests. With 2 living rooms and 2 full kitchens, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each living room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Enjoy Gulf views from the comfort of your home away from home.

The highlight of the Sweet Dreams House is undoubtedly the large private pool and deck area. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and cooling off with a refreshing swim. The pool features built-in seating, two ladders for easy access, and measures 16x32 feet with a depth of 3.5-5.5 feet, making it one of the nicest pools in Gulf Shores.

On the West side of the duplex, accommodations are equally inviting, with space for up to 11 guests. This side features 4 bedrooms, including 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Full-Over-Twin bunk bed, as well as a Queen sofa-sleeper. Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a 50-inch TV, or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Both sides of the duplex offer modern amenities such as washer and dryer units, flat-screen TVs, and covered parking. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking, and the extra-long driveway provides ample parking space for multiple vehicles.

This unit is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry companion along for the vacation. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee, and pets must weigh 20 pounds or less. It's important to note that pets are not allowed on the beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Gulf shores golf trip

The property worked great for our group . It gave us multiple places to hang out and get away for someQuiet time . Everything is brand new the kitchens and bathrooms are nice . It’s a maze to figure out but it worked in our favor to be separated some times ! All and all it was a great experience! Thank you

A Minimalist Haven

It was okay. Our family’s first time fir Christmas at the coast. We were glad to have a place to stay close to the beach. The kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils. Nice amount of tableware. It accommodated our crowd okay. It just didn’t feel like home away from home.

My stay was very good. It was plenty of room fo me and my family. Everything was clean.me and my family really enjoyed ourselves. To bad our vacation didnt last that long. I would definitely rent this Property again in the near future.

Great experience

We had 4 families staying together in the home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and had plenty of different dishes to use for meals. The pool was a nice extra, the water is still kind of chilly but the kids didn’t mind! The beach is about a 5 min walk if you exit to the left of the property a couple min more if you use the access to the right. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again in the future. There were some small issues with no TVs on the middle floor working and the WiFi password not working. We just let it go because it wasn’t a necessity.

Great stay!

Everything was great and so much room for everyone. If there was an issue (dishwasher or a bed) they responded immediately and sent someone. Beach was just across the street and located so close to everything! Would stay again!

Was easy getting in touch with management. The pool was not as clean as I thought it should be but they sent someone the next morning and cleaned it up. Everything worked and I can tell they are doing upgrades on the property. Enjoyed our stay.

This property was great for our very large group. Lots of beds and the girls loved the pool. We were able to get to the beach quickly and there was plenty of parking. Family vacation - Summer 2024

Overall, we really enjoyed the property. We had 30 people and everyone had a place to sleep. There is one room listed as a bedroom that is used to get to the 3rd floor. We still made that room work because we put the teens on the 3rd floor and after a certain time they had to go around and use the outside stairs. The pool was great and one of the main reasons why we booked this property. We liked the fact that there were 2 kitchens on the 2nd level. There were a lot of us so we had two spaces to prep food. When we would eat, we did have to use both dining areas. They are seperated by a wall but we would just go back and forth. There was also plenty of parking. Getting to the beach was about a 5 minute walk. Only 2 things that I would say for improvement is that some of the furniture was outdated. The patio furniture was ruaty in places. And the floor made your feet socks turn black at the bottom. Overall the property was great and accommodated our large family. It allowed us to eat, sleep, and enjoy each others company which is what we wanted.

2024 family vaca

The location of this house was difficult for elderly to access it and the beach. There was literally 4 skillets in the entire house (including all 3 kitchens), one living room couch was completely broken, all of the outside furniture was either broken or rusted. One of the tables had a bandage on the corner to prevent from cutting yourself on the rusted corner. There was cheesy Christmas lights on the banister that did not work, no lights near the pool area, when you walked barefoot on the floors they turned your feet literally black. The bedroom and bathrooms were the only good features of the house. When we did call for a concern maintenance did respond very quick.

Family getaway

House was great. Outside furniture rusted and needs to be painted and fixed. 2 chairs broke due to rust. My 74yo mother was sitting in one when it broke and she fell to the floor. The one dishwashers didn’t work. One of the bed frames was broke called to have it fixed. The guy came looked at it said he would be back and we never saw him again. Otherwise the house was good!

Stay away.

Tv's did't work, not one of them. Close dryer didn't york, not one of them. We called in but the issues were not fixed. The only one to show was the cable guy and he was unable to fix the problem.

Sweet Dreams, Meh Dreams

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Sweet Dreams was lackluster. Our group collectively agreed that it was meh rental experience. The house definitely can sleep 30 people, but it’s not equipped to house 30 people. Enough beds? Yes. Enough dishes, silverware, glassware? Yes. Big enough kitchen to cook for 30? No. The kitchen located on the third floor was not stocked. Big enough living area to accommodate 30? Each side of the house seats six. Big dining area? Seats eight. Why is that an issue you might be wondering. When it rains during your stay, the outdoor seating and dining areas are a moot point. The pool was dirty (not just cloudy but mildewed), the yard was overgrown and trashed, and clothes dryers do not work. Only one towel is provided per person. Also, be sure to bring your own beach gear because this home doesn’t provide anything. Did I mention that while the house might be across the street from the beach, the access point is a five-minute walk down the (VERY BUSY) street, which is not great if you have young children. There were several maintenance and upkeep issues, that based on how Liquid Life responded to them, let me know that this property management company is not keeping a watchful eye on the properties they list. They did respond on the second day of our trip to my request to have the a/c fixed (it was not running on the third floor) and the pool cleaned (someone came out and shocked it). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told to complete a concern form that would be responded to in four to seven business days. Whomever I was texting with was polite and professional. If you’re looking for a place to laugh and play with your family and friends, want plenty of sleeping space to spread out, plan to eat out, and don’t care if the pool and yard are clean or if you can do laundry, this is your place.

Family Friendly House

House has three distinct full living areas. Was great for our family, consisting of grandparents, kids and their families. Each family unit had their own space and we used grandparents area for common gathering. House was clean. Management company was responsive. We did experience a bit of a problem with the cleanliness of the pool, apparently the folks ahead of us had a very nice time in it....it took some time to get it addressed, but it eventually was, and the owner himself actually stopped by to make sure all was ok. Area was pretty quiet, convenient to town and the beach, lots of parking. Would definitely use again.
