Everything about the home met our needs. I only have one small suggestion to invest in different comforters for the best bc everything wants to stick to Sherpa material . There were several random red sticky stains on the green comforters and on the back of one of the couch pillows, almost like old ketchup. That was truly the only complaint . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again !

Here's the email we send to vacasa, no response from them yet. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the vacation rental that I recently stayed in. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected and I would like to bring some issues to your attention. Firstly, the cleanliness of the property was not up to my standards. When I arrived, I noticed that the place was not as clean as it should have been. There were stains on the furniture and the floors did not look like they had been properly cleaned. This was very concerning as cleanliness and hygiene are essential when renting a property. Secondly, I encountered issues with the internet service during my stay. I found that the internet was not working at all, and as a result, I was unable to use my devices to connect with my work or keep in touch with my family and friends. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration for me and my family. Lastly, I requested for trash bags to be replaced once they got full, but I was told that this was not possible. I found this very frustrating as I had to deal with overflowing trash.
