Ocean House #1604 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or a stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. King, Twins, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Gorgeous view and SO close to the beach!

Such an easy process to stay here. The view and location was absolutely perfect. Close to all the food and shopping and just steps to the beach!

Another wonderful girls trip to the beach in the books thanks to this lovely condo. This condo was spacious, plenty of room for the four of us. Well stocked with everything we needed plus more, beautifully decorated for the beach and easy check in and check out process. Great communication with property management. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay. Parking, elevators and access to pool and ocean was very easy. Loved the keypad on the door so we didn’t have to keep up with keys. Balcony is large with nice comfortable furniture. Great view from the balcony. Rooms were very clean and furniture was nice and comfortable. Beds and blankets were extra nice. No problems. All staff was very friendly. Grills and picnic area very nice. Pools very clean and comfortable. First time there but not last time.
