"From arrival and the two days that followed where excellent .. Booking for excursions was excellent. Communication using the app was easy and fast service with housekeeping and refilling the fridge. "the food is good at El Patio on the property. I ate other places and regretted it. It's very quiet, and chill. The pool is usually empty because the beach is right there and it's clean, and Chairs to sit at and also, they will bring your food out to you. Just far enough away from the Hotel Zone to get some peace and sleep, but about a 12-minute walk to get into all of the hot spots there. "

"We were a little nervous booking a hotel for 2 weeks without seeing it...but it turned out great. We stayed in a room with a patio door that opened into a courtyard surrounded by 7 other rooms. That meant natural light and fresh air, two really improtant things for me in a hotel room! The room had a good closet, a safe (we didn't use it) and a mini fridge.
