"Views from this property are beautiful. Miriam was amazing and responded quickly. The only drawbacks I’d say were that you couldn’t just walk to restaurants and we thought the beach was a swimming beach but it’s sting waves. Two of the a/c units were leaking water in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Everything else was great."

"We had a large group 5 adults and 4 kids from ages 1-11. This house was perfect for us! We have enough room for everyone to have their own space but still be together as a family! The pool was perfect to relax in. Especially then the ocean was rougher and trying to avoid the rocks in the beach. "We wanted a place to stay that was set back from the busy, commercialized places, was quiet, right by the beach, where we could cook if we wanted or eat out if we chose, was close enough that we could still visit the markets, attractions and tours, and most importantly would fit our family of five. "Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!"

"This place was a tropical paradise within a short walking distance to the beach and lively 5th Avenue. There are nightclubs very close by but we felt very safe. There are two locked gates to get through and one is a private gate for this villa alone. The noise was not bad at all mon-thurs night but did increase a bit on the weekend. Still not much of an issue unless you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs. 10/10 experience!"

"Our whole family - 12 adults and 12 children ranging from 1 to 16 stayed in the villa - we had the Shell, Boat and Fish villas. The villas are in a 24/7 gated community so we felt very safe at all times. The accommodations were great - plenty of rooms, everything was very clean and the houses have so much character. "Miquel and Liza are perfect hosts with an amazing, beautiful and well equipped Villa. They helped us with airport transportation, tours and did a grocery run and had food in the fridge waiting for us. Chef Miquel cooked dinner for us every night and the food is plentiful and delicious. We had a great vacation with our grandkids. We will absolutely book with them again. "
