"We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Porto and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent.
However, there were a few service issues worth noting. Compared to another hotel from the same brand in Lisbon, the service here felt inconsistent. In Lisbon, bottled water was provided without issue, while in Porto we were told there would be a charge, even when requesting it directly at reception.
Additionally, during our stay, housekeeping did not replenish tissue paper or vanity kits, and we had to request them ourselves.
I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because the hotel has great potential, and improving consistency and housekeeping attention would enhance the guest experience."
