"Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "

"The hotel staff was really nice. Pablo and Jasmine were really helpful but i would not stay here again unfortunately. The property is out of date. I could not get a good rest due to hearing the plumbing from EVERY flush from other rooms. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. It was not worth the price IMO"

"The apartment was on a street with screaming and yelling and partying from 1am-5am. An interior room might be quieter. The check-in was the most annoying check-in i have ever had in my life. If you are young and tech-savy with a back-up phone battery then it's fine but you essentially have to upload your passport to a portal that glitches. Pay a damage deposit then they issue you a bluetooth key. The bluetooth "key" didn't work and it was 40 degrees and i had to call the company who THEN...

"The check-in process is a hassel and I was not aware of the additional 95€ cleaning fee due when you check-in. I came for the pool but it had no water in it. My key card stopped working and I was locked out of my room with no wallet, phone, or money. A terrifying experience all because the battery died on the card scanner."

"This is an ideal apartment for a visit to Barcelona. Unfortunately we got caught there when COVID 19 started so the front office shut down. This apartment is set up perfectly for 2 people or 3. There is double bed in master, single in second and I guess you could use sofa bed in living room. Well stocked amenities with dish detergent laundry detergent paper towels toilet paper coffee tea etc. The only problem we had was couldn’t get washing machine to spin clothes dry. Because of COVID 19...
