"Traveling from Valencia to Barcelona we decided two nights on the Montserrat mountain would be an adventure. It was. Pere did an excellent job in making us feel as guests. Take advice - park in the parking lot and don't go down any unknown streets. Confirm eating options as many restaurants were closed. The entire town is very friendly and an easy walk to the train for the monastery. Children school is close so you will hear them before 9:00 AM. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay here although it was quite far from all there is to see in Barcelona. You can walk to the train though, about 10 minutes away. Taking a taxi to the center will cost you between 20-30 Euros depending on the traffic."
