"I flew into terminal 4 and wanted a convenient hotel for an overnight stay. This hotel couldn’t be in a better location. Connected by an above ground tunnel right at the airport, it was just a short walk and they had my room ready when I got off the flight at 1 which was fantastic. Two lines of the TUBE also come into the station so transportation is easy Even though the hotel looks out over a busy road and is right beside a huge airport, my room was dead silent! Breakfast was decent and included. I would stay here again if I flew into terminal 4"

"If it wasn't for the room, honestly this hotel would get a 2 or a 3. I didn't like the attitude of the staff, the place felt like a cattle market-people everywhere-. I'll give you some staff interaction examples: at breakfast the person that seated me didn't make it clear that it was buffet style so I say there like a Muppet for a while until I realised. Also I paid for my parking and the barrier wouldn't let me out, I went back to the reception desk and my car reg was entered again and the barrier still wouldn't let me out (I witnessed this happen to someone else too) but at no point did anyone apologise, it was all very perfunctory and transactional there was no care and no warmth which all led you to feel that your just a number on a conveyor belt."

"My complimentary water bottle was open, shower floor was annoying as the toilet was next to shower as one wet room. Floor was always wet. Other than that great Enjoyed the app to access and control room"

"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."

"We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station."
