"An amazing weekend at the Grand - was there for our wedding anniversary that coincided with the Airbourne. Staff on the whole were amazing - the service was a bit intermittent at times, but it was a busy weekend for them so totally understand how difficult it is to get the resource right. "Friendly and unusual hotel. Limited food but other places close by. Lovely woodland gardens - but floodlights at night made the room bright. If you want a different stay with an unusually themed country house feel then this is the place."

"I did a bad review in my second stay in the hotel. It was very disappointed even more the first stay was wonderful. I give them another try and they make it for the bad experience. So I give them back the 5* because they fix the problem and now I can said again that I recommend it and it will make your estay Wonderfull!!! "
