"Highly recommended. I stayed for 9 nights over two intervals and had a wonderful stay. The property is on a quiet street convenient to Cadi Ayyad University and a 15 minute taxi ride from the RAK airport. The Riad's staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooftop dining/lounging areas were a plus, especially at the end of the day when things cool off. Would recommend to future travelers and will return myself."

"Excellent property in a very central shopping area. Lots of activity around the area to enjoy. the hotel has a great pool and lovely terrace for socializing. The room was by far the best bit, with excellent wet room, soft bed with appropriate pillow."

"Breakfast buffet was limited and repetitive. Dinner slightly betterHowever, spa and pool area were good. Staff were attentive. Small lift suitable for just about 4 people, but with no luggage. Avoid side facing Main Street. Air conditioning was working. Only get one room card, which was inconvenient. No baths, all rooms with showers."

"Outdated design and very noisy. Reception did not acknowledge our prepaid reservation saying the don’t work with the online agency (Orbitz). I had to make an extra deposit to be able to check in. Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. A terrible hotel."

"Nice enough place, great staff. Facilities need a redo. A bit run down. Not terrible but also not expensive to remedy. "

"The only problem with this hotel is the poor wifi and it can be a bit noisy at night due to the cafe below and close proximity to the train station. The food was good and it's close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating."
