Son sens de l’accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention aux détails ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon expérience. La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné. Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés. Les mets proposés étaient savoureux et servis avec beaucoup de soin. "I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. After a short and embarrassing time l was checked in and shown to my room. After paying the amount of £18.000 for 1 week and the circumstances and horror of my check in after a long flight l am reluctant to book with Expedia again. "
