"Overall our stay at this hotel was fine. The staff were wonderful, our beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we got a good night’s sleep after a long flight from the US. We were a little surprised about the condition of the laminate flooring in our room which was torn up in several places. We also could not lock our room with the deadbolt so we threw our luggage behind the door and used the safety latch. We did not report these issues to the front desk because we were too tired...
