"Upon check-in at the Guayaquil Radisson Hotel on 5/20/21, we found several unsatisfactory issues with the accommodations. We immediately returned to the front desk and the initial reaction we received from the female receptionist was not helpful but rather dismissive. We were prepared to leave the hotel immediately.
