"Upon arrival Antonio greeted me, checked in and showed me to my room. The room was large, a king bed and clean. However it was hot! He opened the window and turned on the ceiling fan. I asked for an additional fan, he happily brought me one. Breakfast was good. When i booked i didn't realize there was no AC."

"Great value for the stay! Stayed for a business trip. Very kind and accommodating staff. The Luxury room was large and had plenty of storage, but note no coffee machine or fridge. No place in the shower to place toiletries so they went on the floor. The hot water only lasted a few minutes. Turning on the lights upon entering the room is also not very intuitive. The included breakfast starts at 7 in the hotel restaurant and is made to order-very tasty!"

"The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are with cold water, they should take care of that because the hotel it’s convenient with a good location for the tourists, breakfast ia good and nice restaurant with a great waterfall "
