"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. "The apt was dirty, tv did not work, host was not at ALL, pleasant,,, When contacted by phone, he was not even polite,,, apt was not even worth the 80$ and owner hung up phone on my face when contacted. Why have an Apt in an exclusive area and not take care of it,,,??? "

"Great location near Plaza Berlin overlooking the volcanos. There is food court on first level, laundry and common area with also a great view of the city. Nice price for a night in a safe area. "
