"We were disappointed that we were asked personal questions by the management when checking in. The questions asked were not appropriate or necessary. This took away from the pleasure of our experience and made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning. This was our second time at this property. We were not asked those questions the first time we stayed there. This experience will affect our decision making next time we consider spending time in Guatape."

This hotel offers exceptional value and easily competes with places that charge much more. The only thing to keep in mind is the room type.
