"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

The facilities and rooms are charming, consistently clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated their commitment to eco-friendly practices and the encouragement they provide. If you are looking for a quiet environment, this will not be the best option since at night, you can hear the noise from outside after midnight. "
