"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! We would strongly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel, just keep in mind some party noise Friday night and Saturday night. Breakfast was enough food and tasty. Hotel...

"I was unable to stay at the hotel. The front desk was unable to find my reservation. Hotels.com replied to my customer service request 12 hours after I messaged them. I was not refunded the rate I paid. I lost $107 dollars."

"We kept to ourselves because we didn't realize there was a shared common room upstairs, however we realized as well that it wasn't open all the time since I think the owners prefer to be home, which makes sense! The place was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the school, which some may not like, but it was great to see the town "alive" and bustling, even when it was raining! "Internet was dismal. These rooms owned by private individuals have really outdated equipment and connection is really bad. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work. The bathroom had been closed for a while so it had a stale smell that was borderline overwhelming. Once ventilated it was ok. Check in was not the best, again because the room is owned by someone else the girls at reception have to go through apparently different steps to check the guest in. "I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel.
