"You have all the amenities of a large, historic villa - and also the real farmland all around you. Sheep, horses, dogs - beautiful, and not in your personal space (unless you want them to be!). Pasqualina and her son Francesco are perfect hosts. Incredibly responsive, even with a language barrier. If I return to Tuscany I would want to stay here again. Thank you so much."

"A true paradise – the size of the house and all the lovely seating areas make it easy for everyone to find their own space, even when traveling with a large group. We spent many hours by the pool! The area can be a bit tricky to reach due to a rough 3 km stretch of road, but once you’re through, there are beautiful villages nearby. The host and staff on-site are available when needed and very accommodating. Highly recommended!"

"We all had a wonderful holiday. The villa was lovely and so well equipped. The garden, hot tub and especially the pool were amazing!! "The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"Excellent resort place in Italy. It’s small hotel, old building, very well maintained. Located in small town has everything you need for relax and quiet environment around. A lot of potential activities around: great swimming pool outside, private beach at the sea with restaurants and bar. Great spa with caves style seawater pools with different temperatures, jets massage options and special massages and skin treatments. Excellent service all around. Huge park area nearby for morning walks or biking. Great breakfast, good restaurants around. Very friendly staff, English speaking. I would be happy to recommend this place to all my friends and family."
