Comfortable Tuscany Family House with Private Pool close to beach and wine area

This villa in Tuscany is a very important and historically significant house, build about 250 years ago as convent. Restored with great care and offering enormous comfort and space. At the beginning of 2022, we have started to make the house more sustainable. Solar panels and 2 large heat pumps to provide the house with hot water and heating. In 2023 we have added another group of solar panels incl. batteries and air conditioning (in parts of the house).
Situated in a unique position, between the Mediterranean see and the wine yards of Bolgheri, the property benefits from total privacy. The next beaches are only 10 min away and the next little city (5 min.) called Cecina offers all everyday commodities, shops, restaurants, train station etc. The Pisa international airport is accessible by a highway within 40 minutes.
The villa can be divided in 3 independent apartments with private entrance and terrace for each suite. Or can be used by one family or group because between the single apartments there are doors to open in order to use the villa as one manor house.
