"Everything was perfect, it was a beautiful, quiet stay next to the Georgetown lake. Staff were very kind and helpful, loved the breakfast. Overall a great stay"

"Dangerous step up into the room ice all the way down at main lobby lots of stairs to get there clean room staff great breakfast lady 30 minutes late hot tub looked good but didn’t use"

"Everything was great the staff was amazing, the little breakfast bar was needed on some days, and the hot tub was excellent!!!"

"Great!"

"The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time."

"Great family oriented resort. The kids loved the pool and slide. We appreciated the on-site BBQ. We'll definitely be back for more."

"El Departamento bien pero la ubicación no es la ideal. Hay una Construccion que impide El Paso a la zona de Sky por lo que no se puede ir caminando y hay que tomar coche. "

"I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. The fireplace is a known issue and we were told the building is older and therefore it will not work. The water was shut off for a day and there is an occasional smell that comes from...

"The room size was good for what we needed. We have a family of five. The room smelled a little like someone smoked in there. We were told we could check in a couple hours early for a fee, but when we arrived a realtor was showing the condo, so we couldn't get in. The pool was at a different resort building. It was not as shown in the picture. Some of the pictures listed were misleading and we may have chosen a different place had we known."
