Me incliné por este sitio por su promesa de camas "vip". Y resultó que TODO era vip! Muy superior a lo esperado, por el precio. Todo nuevo limpio, eficiente. Impecable! Eso sí, les recomiendo contactar a recepción antes de intentar llegar; si vienes en auto, está un poco escondido.

Es un gran lugar con personal muy amable e instalaciones bonitas y cómodas. La zona no es mala y no está demasiado lejos del centro a pie. Sin embargo sí hay que caminar un poco. Hay estacionamiento, pero la llegada en coche es un tanto complicada, propia del mismo Guanajuato capital.

Empiezo desde recepción donde me recibio Allan que fue atento, respetuoso , profesional una atención personalizada e impecable . La calidad de la habitación excelente , impecable y cómoda. En mi próxima estancia en Guanajuato si vuelvo. Recomendable.
