The communication was fantastic with Marco and Giuseppe came early ever morning quietly to check on the grounds. We loved the kitchen, well stocked with needed equipment to cook if you liked. Air conditioning in each area was great as we could set it to our sleeping needs. Very clean and highly recommend this as an option. I would definitely recommend a day trip to Matera about 90...

"Everything was great. Fabrizio is a great host, the house is strategically located a few steps from the beach hence great for families with small children. One more plus is that you are very close to Porto Cesareo and its amenities."
