"We paid for an upgraded room all it was, was a loft with a couch and a TV. There was no balcony and our view was a wall. The room had no mini fridge and it was listed that the property had AC. This was false it was more like a swamp cooler that was dependent on the outside temperature and since it was 100 degrees outside it was hot to say the leas.
