"We had a great stay at the Rossa Palma Hotel. Our room was clean upon entering, and the areas in and around the hotel were tidy as well. The most amazing thing about our stay was the staff in the restaurant every morning for breakfast. They were very friendly and professional in every way. We would like to especially mention Jeaneth at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic from the time we initially walked in until the day we left. She was helpful, professional, engaging and just simply a beautiful human being, both inside and out. When we return to Cali, we would love to stay at this hotel again and hope that Jeaneth (and the restaurant staff) will still be there."

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for five days, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless upon arrival and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. Although our room faced the street and we occasionally heard passing cars or a honk here and there, the noise level was mild and didn’t bother us. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to request a room away from the street. Overall, this hotel was a great choice—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we needed."
