"Staff are trying their hardest but this place was not great. Dirty rooms that smelled like smoke and Venezuela, and when you open the window to get fresh air, you have to hear highway noise all night. Sketchy, slow elevator. Very friendly front desk guy. 😂"

"Very poor water pressure in the shower, sink didn’t drain nicely, and hotel is dated. "

"I stayed here in 2025 and made sure to return when in town again. The rooms are great, the price is reasonable, and the free breakfast was outstanding. Also, the parking garage is priced reasonably and I saved a lot of money leaving my car at the hotel and taking the light rail downtown."

"At first look it was awesome. However taking a deeper look it becomes terrible. First check in is at 4pm and they close the pool at 6pm. Second the tv did not work making it where you had to order movies if you wanted tv. Then after everything when you sign for the 100 deposit if you do not scroll up you do not see they charge 16.50 per day out of your deposit for maintaining of their building. All this made for the experience to be not so much fun and overall a let down. They could do better expressing all of the fees and times. Nothing on website either. 2 out of 10 for us and very much could of been 10/10."

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "
