"First time to the island and really glad we stayed at this well maintained property to avoid the city crowd. We only had 4 people but unit will comfortably sleep six with bathroom for each bedroom. This unit has window screens and air conditioning when needed which is a huge plus. Boris was great to work with and very responsive. Easy access to beaches and great snorkeling just by walking down the just steps to the water. Or sit on one of the 2 decks and take in the view. Small but pleasant community pool with lounge chairs and shaded gazebo another great place to relax. Short walk to 3 restaurants with Cactus Cafe as the favorite. Recommend a visit to Watamula Hole but be forewarned it’s a rough road. Also head south to Tugboat Beach. You won’t be disappointed. "

"We loved this home and want to return. We are off the beaten path travelers. The location was perfect because it was away from the city with all the traffic. If you’re looking for nightlife, this is not the spot. We spent our days looking out into the vast ocean and horizon. Absolutely love the stairs to the tiny cliff jump into the Clearwaters. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and communicative if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing and get away this is it."

The easy access to the water made it ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. There are also many lovely beaches in close proximity for shore dives. The convenience of an available community clothes washer for a small fee of 3 was also appreciated, allowing us to pack more efficiently. This particular area of the island lived up to its promise as a tranquil escape, showcasing the island's natural beauty. For those seeking a getaway focused on diving and immersion in nature, this rental comes highly recommended."

"We had a lovely stay at Rancho El Sabrino. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Sebastian in the office, he kindly gave me information about the area and check-in was easy.we lived our room and the prooerty, pool was delightful and had a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. Other amazing view restaurants in walking distance as well as great snorkel spots and beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water. We would love to go back. We rented a car which may transport easy, there is no bus service and cabs to the area are spendy."

"We have rented VRBOs around the world. We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house is lovely and the location to beaches, restaurants, and the ocean is 5-star! The owner was great at responding to questions. Some things to know before you go are the property management told us that they supply one day of some supplies and you need to buy the rest on the island. There were no personal or home cleaning supplies at all except dishwashing detergent and hand soap in the kitchen. There was a dishwasher but no detergent for it at all, no broom (home is surrounded by sand), very few trash bags, no paper towels, one kitchen sponge, 2 kitchen towels and the bathroom towels supplied were minimal at best and very old. There were 1 set of sheets for each bed. We stayed 7 nights and it was a bit of a struggle to keep the house clean and comfortable for our stay. We did beg a broom which helped from the maintenance man. We did buy what we needed and left the extras in the home, but don't know what happens to those as they are not left for the next renters. If one of us had gotten sick, we would not have been able to change the sheets or clean up well after any type of out-of-the-ordinary situation. Thankfully that did not happen. This circumstance is not typical in our experience. Overall, a beautiful home just needs a more generous supply of linens, cleaning supplies and paper products since most people are coming from a distance with no way to bring such things along. "

"It was everything we had hoped for and more. The property had everything we needed, including yoga and snorkeling equipment, and provided easy access to great snorkeling/swimming sites both on property and nearby. We spent a few days in Williamstad, and driving back and forth was no problem. We also visited the two nearby national parks and hiked Mt Christoffel (followed by a refreshing plunge in the ocean. Carolyn’s instructions were spot on, and Lex made us feel right at home. We will be back!"
