"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."

"Once was, a grand hotel. Restaurants they list on website close early and though they claim having 4 restaurants I never saw more than one open. Furniture in room was worn. AC in room didn't work. Very few outlets in room. Cousins to be smoke free property, everytime I walked up to main entrance had to walk through smokers."

"Room was very basic and you need to be aware it's right next to the train line which runs through the night. Breakfast is basic too, and very busy between 7.30 and 9. I booked this one by mistake thinking it was the one near the hauptbanhoff, but there is another motel one there (which is nicer!) "
