"Just a 5min quick walk from the Grindelwald Terminal (be mindful that this stop is one before the train final destination and this stop is called Terminal or Grindelwald terminal) and easy to navigate from the car parking area. Our check-in was smooth and big thank you to the person who happily accommodated us with early check in. Coming to the rooms, they are the best with excellent Mountain Views and crystal clean rooms. They had an excellent free breakfast(I’m not sure what else folks are expecting though) which is much needed in Switzerland given everything is so expensive and one could easily save 15CHF/person. I’d highly recommend for any couples or families with kids. This is just 5mins away from Grindelwald village and if your plan is to visit Jungfrau via cable car(Eiger express) this hotel is the way to go as the cable car starts right from Grindelwald terminal station and is just a few steps away from this hotel. If we ever come back to Jungfraujoch region, we will stay here again with zero regrets! Shout out to the morning breakfast staff who are extremely helpful and friendly!"

"This hotel is so charming. The rooms are quaint. The whole property is what you would expect for a Swiss boutique hotel in the Alps. The setting is absolutely picturesque. The staff is friendly. The do-it-yourself laundry is a little bit of a hike and not convenient. There is only one washing machine and dryer. So, it makes it difficult to do laundry. I enjoyed the whole staff. The matriarch/owner could be more friendly. But, that didn’t affect our stay at all. "

"This hotel is a short walk from the train station and has cute rooms. I primarily booked this place because of the infinity pool with a Mountain View and it did not disappoint. Heated at a perfect temperature. Robes and slippers with a woven pool bag provided in the room. I had email a couple weeks prior to my stay to book a full body massage. I was informed their masseuse was on holiday, and I found it odd they wouldn’t have coverage in place - but they put in effort and apparently contacted several people to find someone to come in for me. Free breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, sweet bread pancakes, fruit, cereal, cheeses, more breads, and an omelet station. "

"The bar staff was pretty cold and disinterested in serving us since all we wanted was ice cream. But everyone else was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms were very nice. About a 10 minute walk from the train station so very convenient. "
