Do not book this motel which is not operational

I was booking at 11pm and Hotel.com still showing this mitel is available. When I arrived at 1am. It had a note in the door saying this motel is not operational for weeks. I do not received refund from Hotel.com yet since 20 Oct, 2018

This booking is a scam. This is an abandoned building that used to be a hotel. There is a sign on the door reading the place is closed for renovations, but it looks like its been there a long time and the building isn't in the best condition.

Check in took forever. Room was deplorable. Bathroom was dirty. Looked as though it was renovated by toddlers in the mid 90's. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Ancient TV had 13 fuzzy channels. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Conveniently located at start of McKenzie highway

Disappointed to see the place so run down. I know it's a historic place, but the maintenance is poor. There was not enough toilet paper. Could use a lot of paint and renovation. Cracked cement. It was what one might call "basic" in every respect.

great hotel, great people.

Stayed at this hotel, its a bit older but its fine. Great price, great people, they come to fix stuff right away, the price is great, I will stay there again anytime.
