"Clean rooms, spacious, good breakfast, restaurant in parking lot, shopping nearby. Only complaint was parking lot maintenance, thick slush and water, making it terrible to walk in parking lot, the next morning it was frozen making it treacherous.

"Building and rooms are very outdated and falling apart. Not very clean anywhere. We experienced extremely loud and disruptive people in the hallways and slamming doors all night long. When we told the staff they just said "oh, Ok sorry". The heating/cooling doesn't work at all, no air flow in the room, but on the plus side I had warmish water on my second morning shower which was a nice surprise because the first morning it was cool water. Lastly the breakfast is the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel, even the juice in the fridge was warm. When I checked out and asked for a managers name and email the lady at the desk asked why, so I nicely explained our experience. All she said was sorry and that she was the manager so I didn't need to write an email to the manager anymore. I will be fining a different manager to write to, they need to do better."
