"Many of the features shown on their website are no longer available which would have given it an excellent rating but not so very disappointed. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and nice, staff very friendly. The price was right but check out features and entertainment facilities that are available to your at time of Booking."

"It was okay. Fairly high price for the averageness of it all. I am from out-of-town so perhaps that's normal in Hamilton/Southern ON."

"Very clean and well-managed!"

"There was a parking charge that wasn't mentioned upon check in.. no shampoo in the shower.. difficult to get to.. 1 towel for 3 people.. It was just okay"

"We loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfy. The concierge were very helpful and personable. Ine of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel stay. The pool was very enjoyable and almost warm. We wished we had time to use the bowling lanes, the mini-golf and the arcade. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice stay"

"This was a great hotel and the price was good too. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the room was very spacious and clean."
