"We had a lovely stay, the apartment was great, very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony. Thomas was very accommodating and allowed us in the apartment before the normal check in which was very must appreciated after an early start. However a couple of days after we left we had a nasty shock when Thomas told us he was deducting a quarter of our deposit to clean a rug and for a complete set of expensive cutlery. We know we didn’t spill anything on the rug or lose any cutlery (2...
