"I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed. Then my son tried to take a shower and the shower head disconnected from its base even more. It had been 2 days without a functioning shower at this point.

"Very close to the airport with fast and friendly shuttle service. Dennys is across the parking lot for those who need a bite to eat at lunch or dinner. For breakfast the hotel offers a great breakfast buffet. The hotel staff is great. The rooms are clean, very quiet, and the blackout shades assure a good night's sleep. This will be my hotel of choice for my next trip."

"I travel a lot and this is one of top favorite places I have stayed at! Absolutely perfect in every way! Perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect service, beautiful and calming atmosphere and breathtaking views! Sylvia is so attentive, helpful, kind, and flexible. We loved this gem of a spot! So glad we picked it! When we return to Costa Rica this will always be our spot!"

There was only 2%. Fortunately, the robust coffee was robust. Years before they had coffee out for the entire day. That’s gone along with Tea and hot chocolate. The granola was very raw with no bananas offered. They give you the bum’s rush close to 10 am, the closing. As a traveler, I rely on...
