"Only gripe was, we had an issue with ants. They were all through one of the beds, and in spots all around the house. Have told host so hopefully they sort it. Otherwise perfect stay."

"We had a cozy stay at the Stone Cottage. Our hosts were very lovely and accommodating, and their very special dog came to visit us for a scratch each night. The surrounding area is gorgeous - even in what turned out to be a rainy couple of days. The sun came out long enough for a hike up to the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the Wairapa. The wood stove kept us warm, and the bath was a welcome end to each day. Looking forward to visiting again with family!"

"Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the cottage it was very nice, we did check in late and we arrived to a very warm house which was great for me and my daughter. Only thing to note is it’s recommend to bring some bottled water as the water is not treated. Thanks Shane "

"My sister and I had such a nice weekend away in this lovely cottage. The heaters were on for us when we arrived and the hosts left lots of food and nice touches around the place. We even got a ride to town which saved us a long walk! Thank you for a great stay and we hope we can return sometime."

"Upon arrival the property was tidy. The cabin was very cluttered and wasn’t inviting. The cottage is very well equipped although very cluttered. The main bedroom was very cramped with a large dresser taking up the space where suitcases could have been placed. There was random food left in the fridge. The bonus was the fireplace. Fire starters were available but no kindling. It took a bit to get the fire started but it worked well. Easy walk into the township. Many great places to eat. The food...

"Loved our stay at this spotlessly clean and welcoming home. It suited perfectly for our group of 3 retired couples with 3 separate double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well-equipped kitchen and super cosy with the woodburner on. We enjoyed the outdoor courtyard area and the close proximity to Greytown. The gin tasting at Greytown Distilling was a highlight - recommend the A frame house and the Distillery!"
