"Room was clean, although the lighting in the room was rather dim. 2 bath towels for a double queen was not enough. didn't request more, just used our beach towels. The location was convenient for our reason for stay (close to hospital) and also for shopping, gas and restaurants. The front desk clerk called me back because there was a question with my cr card. They could not get it to go through, said it had a date of 3/31/26 and they were charging on 4/1/26. either the evening or daytime clerk recorded it incorrectly (??)because the card expiration date was 3/31 = March 2031; so I had to give them another card to use."

"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"The bathrooms were not clean and the bedding was not complete. Missing a fitted sheet and blankets didn’t match worn and tattered."

"Great stay! The place was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog easy and stress-free. The hot tub was amazing and the fireplace made it the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! "

"No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to sleep and shower. Gross!"
