We normally stay here twice a year for family events. We enjoy the pool and attached restaurant. My only complaint is that the last two times we’ve stayed you have been out of pool and room towels. When the room only comes with 2 towels for a family of 4 it makes it hard to dry off.

The staff was very nice. The pool area is nice but several large groups were there at the same time. So the pool was packed with bigger kids and it was hard for my toddler grandkids to enjoy it. However, I would stay here again!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to our needs. In the future, you should stock feminine hygiene products behind the front desk, at a minimum. The kids loved the pool and arcades. Also, the attached restaurant has excellent food. 5/5 will stay again.

I keep returning back to this hotel only because of the restaurant that it is attached to! The food is absolutely amazing! However.....upon checking into the hotel this last time, the staff was more interested in their phones than to the front desk. It was not only the one time that we witnessed it. When we checked in, when we went down for dinner as well as later that night when we went down for swimming and games. Please do better! Your hotel is really nice, the restaurant was great, don't ruin it by having terrible service at your front desk.
