"This house was perfect for our group of 7! Everyone who wanted their own bed had one, and they even set up a last minute pop up bed for my teenager that was extremely comfortable. The host is amazing and replied quickly. They are remodeling the house and adding thoughtful details like a fire pit. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. "Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"We had a lovely stay at this home! It was honestly the nicest/put together home we’ve stayed at thus far. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay here again :-) Thank you for having us!"
