"Overall, a nice facility. The front desk staff were very accommodating, as we had a family emergency that did not allow one of us to stay in the room. They allowed me to take a to-go breakfast each morning for them...until the dining room staff intervened after being RUDE and not understanding of the situation. The last day, the dining room magically 'ran out' of to-go containers when the front desk went to get one for me. Needless to say, I found a way to take food with me that morning. As stated, the front desk staff were very nice and understanding...the dining room staff needs some compassion education as pertaining to the customer service delivery expected of a hotel/motel establishment"
