"Very comfortable beds, clean, climate controlled via wall thermostat and vent so no noisy, air-blasting under-window unit. Window opens a few inches too. Plenty of space. Toilet is adult height and non-slippery tub. Parking adequate. Location in area of bus depot and parking lots near expressway, a five+minute less than pleasant walk to anything but also not far from the main commercial street. My credit card was charged twice and it took several days of pleading with staff to get it fixed."
Hyatt Place Albany/Downtown

"Great breakfast, better that one expect of a typical Hyatt Places. Parking is not in the hotel premises, but in a private lot, for a hefty fee. So a bit misleading when they announce parking. Otherwise a very fine property, convenient access to state and interstate highway 87."

"We had an amazing time at the Hotel Vienna. Jacob was the most amazing host and the breakfast was delicious and all of the amenities were fabulous. We could not have been happier. In the morning at 7:30 the entire hotel start smelling like fresh baked croissants. I am not a morning person, but this got me up every morning to go downstairs and enjoy their amazing breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel and how fabulous the staff is."

"Some people are whining about this place and giving it one star etc. but they need to be slapped. IT'S NOT THE RITZ. It's like 50% cheaper than the next highest hotel in the area and I got it last minute. ANd check it out... yes maybe a chair cushion had some loose threads but the room comes with: a microwave. a fridge. two desks. space. a perfectly comfortable bed. a spacious shower with high pressure warm water. Not a five star resort. But its perfectly suitable. Note, the free "breakfast" is kind of anemic. Just hard boiled eggs, bread, and coffee. But it's free."

"This hotel has become my home away from home. I feel like I've stayed in almost half of the rooms on the property at least once a piece. The rooms are always clean and neat, as is the entire hotel. The pool is well maintained and the staff is impeccable and very good at their jobs!"
