"Place is advertised as a "Loft", it's simply not, it's a single family home in an up and coming neighborhood. It's a nice home, but really poorly furnished and definitely not for young kids or the elderly (very steep staircases). Outside is very unkempt, inside was clean but the furniture is the cheapest stuff imaginable. Zero checkin information, towels were in the dryer in the basement, kitchen barely equipped, etc. That said, the area was really nice and the beds were pretty decent. "

"This was a short stay to move my CMU student daughter into a summer apartment. This unit was just for me and less expensive than most hotels in close proximity to CMU. Good for one or two adults. Butler St looked like a cool gentrified area with plenty of eateries. No time to investigate on this trip. Free parking is along far tree line on Ruby St. Follow the one way street till the building for this unit is visible for short walk (1 block across parking lot).Very clean and comfortable. TV-...
