"It seems to be newly renovated, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is nice. There were no bedside lamps. The TV had lines through the screen. It was hard to find plugs. The floor with sandy. We would probably stay there again if we had to. We had to bring our

last minute and didn't have much option in our price range, so it was good enough. When we got there we realized we had to pay $30 for the

. That's apparently mentioned somewhere but I didn't see it."

"Rented the property for my daughter's wedding in the Lake Oconee area (Greensboro GA). Has a last minute change required on a different property and was able to secure this one. Great spot, clean, roomy and the ideal home for 6 adults, a 2 year old and a puppy. Jami was very helpful in our last minute switch and even adjusting for an extra day stay. The best!!"

"The house was larger than expected and had every gadget needed for a wonderful week. The upstairs bedroom was great for our grandchildren to play in the mornings before the rest of the house woke up. Any problem or question was quickly answered by the property manager.Hot tub was amazing!"

"5 adults and one infant had a very nice 5 days in this home. The location was perfect for launching our jet ski and driving it to the house. The marina was literally a 3 minute drive and 7 minutes by jet ski. We specifically enjoyed the dock on a quiet cove. Morning coffee on the dock was our favorite time.
